The weekly National Plan and Provider Enumeration System(NPPES) database release have jumped compared to the previous one. NPI database changes in this weekly update have the following details: 3,404 Organization updates, 9,580 individual updates and 350 deactivations. California is the leading state this week with 1,391 updates from the 7,032 updates of the top ten States. Florida follows in second place with 1,132 updates. Jacksonville is the new city with the most updates this week followed by Philadelphia. In the last update, Saint Louis was the leading city. In the last update, Saint Louis was the leading city.
