NPI database changes in this weekly update have the following details: 3,855 Organization updates, 10,888 individual updates and 195 deactivations. New York is the new city with the most updates this week followed by Houston. In the last update, Houston was the leading city. In the last update, Houston was the leading city. California is the leading state this week with 1,805 updates from the 7,728 updates of the top ten States. New York follows in second place with 1,001 updates.
