NPI database changes in this weekly update have the following details: 3,505 Organization updates, 10,352 individual updates and 336 deactivations. California is the leading state this week with 1,561 updates of the 14,193 updates. Florida follows in second place with 1,027 updates. New York, with 185 updates is the new leading city this week from the 1,157 updates of the top ten cities, followed by Portland. In the last update, Houston was the leading city with 144 updates.
