NPI database changes in this weekly update have the following details: 2,668 Organization updates, 9,609 individual updates and 432 deactivations. New York, with 142 updates is the new leading city this week followed by Nashville. In the last update, San Diego was the leading city. 
California is the leading state this week with 1,392 updates of the 12,709 updates. Florida follows in second place.
