The weekly National Plan and Provider Enumeration System(NPPES) database release have jumped compared to the previous one. NPI database changes in this weekly update have the following details: 2,795 Organization updates, 10,719 individual updates and 441 deactivations. California, with 1,722 updates remains the leading state this week. 
New York, with 147 updates is the new leading city this week.
