NPI database changes in this weekly update have the following details: 7,951 Organization updates, 65,515 individual updates and 498 deactivations. California is the leading state this week with 9,358 updates remains the leading state of the 73,964 updates. 
New York, with 919 updates is the new leading city this week from the 6,717 updates of the top ten cities. In the last update, Las Vegas was the leading city with 269 updates.
