NPI database changes in this weekly update have the following details: 3,945 Organization updates, 12,258 individual updates and 201 deactivations. California is the leading state this week with 1,879 updates of the 16,404 updates. Florida follows in second place. 
New York, with 214 updates remains the leading city this week from the 1,569 updates of the top ten cities.
