NPI database changes in this monthly update have the following details: 14,261 Organization updates, 19,548 individual updates and 69 deactivations. California is the leading state this month with 2,297 updates.Las Vegas, with 424 updates is the new leading city this month from the 2,781 updates of the top ten cities.
