The monthly National Plan and Provider Enumeration System(NPPES) database release have jumped compared to the previous one. NPI database changes in this monthly update have the following details: 1,899 Organization updates, 2,152 individual updates and 27 deactivations. California, with 396 updates remains the leading state this month. 
New York, with 46 updates is the new leading city this month.
