The weekly National Plan and Provider Enumeration System(NPPES) database release have jumped compared to the previous one. NPI database changes in this weekly update have the following details: 1,933 Organization updates, 7,271 individual updates and 111 deactivations. California, with 1,009 updates is the new leading state this week from the 5,040 updates of the top ten States. 
Seattle is the new city with the most updates this week followed by Las Vegas. In the last update, Charlotte was the leading city. In the last update, Charlotte was the leading city.
