The weekly National Plan and Provider Enumeration System(NPPES) database release have climbed to 2,320 records. NPI database changes in this weekly update have the following details: 2,701 Organization updates, 10,497 individual updates and 757 deactivations. New York, with 173 updates is the new leading city this week followed by Palo Alto. In the last update, Springfield was the leading city. California is the leading state this week with 1,898 updates remains the leading state of the 13,955 updates.
