The monthly National Plan and Provider Enumeration System(NPPES) database release went down compared to the previous one. NPI database changes in this monthly update have the following details: 25 Organization updates, 113 individual updates and 197,120 deactivations. California, with 16 updates is the new leading state this month from the 84 updates of the top ten States, followed by New York. 
Brooklyn is the new city with the most updates this month followed by Houston. In the last update, Stedman was the leading city. In the last update, Stedman was the leading city.
