The weekly National Plan and Provider Enumeration System(NPPES) database release have climbed compared to the previous one. NPI database changes in this weekly update have the following details: 3,790 Organization updates, 19,348 individual updates and 474 deactivations. California is the leading state this week with 2,652 updates from the 11,989 updates of the top ten States. Florida follows in second place with 1,830 updates. 
Las Vegas, with 331 updates is the new leading city this week followed by New York. In the last update, Atlanta was the leading city.
