NPI database changes in this weekly update have the following details: 4,317 Organization updates, 19,517 individual updates and 564 deactivations. North Carolina, with 2,802 updates remains the leading state this week. 
Charlotte, with 1,360 updates remains the leading city this week from the 3,257 updates of the top ten cities.
