The weekly National Plan and Provider Enumeration System(NPPES) database release have climbed to 735 records. NPI database changes in this weekly update have the following details: 3,760 Organization updates, 14,760 individual updates and 355 deactivations. 
Houston, with 214 updates is the new leading city this week from the 1,590 updates of the top ten cities, followed by MiamI. In the last update, Salt Lake City was the leading city with 224 updates. California, with 2,364 updates remains the leading state this week. Florida follows in second place.
