NPI database changes in this weekly update have the following details: 3,295 Organization updates, 11,114 individual updates and 282 deactivations. California is the leading state this week with 1,627 updates of the 14,691 updates. Florida follows in second place with 1,141 updates. Chicago, with 196 updates is the new leading city this week from the 1,385 updates of the top ten cities, followed by New York. In the last update, Pittsburgh was the leading city with 194 updates.
