Can I update/remove my data?

We are working on a process for providers to update their data once their identity has been verified. The NPPES NPI signup process explicitly recommends that providers not use their home addresses. Unfortunately, there is no way Medical Schedule, Inc., or NPPES can prevent providers from doing this.

  • If you have published your home address in your NPI record, correct it with NPPES.
  • When Medical Schedule updates the NPI Dashboard database, it will automatically be corrected.
  • This will usually be done on a weekly basis.
