The weekly National Plan and Provider Enumeration System(NPPES) database release have jumped compared to the previous one. NPI database changes in this weekly update have the following details: 3,655 Organization updates, 11,647 individual updates and 633 deactivations. California, with 2,041 updates is the new leading state this week from the 8,300 updates of the top ten States. 
New York is the new city with the most updates this week followed by Los Angeles. In the last update, Charlotte was the leading city. In the last update, Charlotte was the leading city.
