The weekly National Plan and Provider Enumeration System(NPPES) database release have climbed to 107 records. NPI database changes in this weekly update have the following details: 4,608 Organization updates, 19,919 individual updates and 537 deactivations. Seattle, with 301 updates is the new leading city this week followed by San Diego. In the last update, Saint Louis was the leading city. 
California is the leading state this week with 3,515 updates from the 13,633 updates of the top ten States. Florida follows in second place with 1,936 updates.
