NPI database changes in this weekly update have the following details: 3,178 Organization updates, 10,361 individual updates and 616 deactivations. California is the leading state this week with 1,446 updates of the 14,155 updates. Florida follows in second place with 1,020 updates. Houston, with 155 updates is the new leading city this week from the 1,119 updates of the top ten cities, followed by New York. In the last update, New York was the leading city with 197 updates.
