The weekly National Plan and Provider Enumeration System(NPPES) database release went down compared to the previous one. NPI database changes in this weekly update have the following details: 4,736 Organization updates, 20,258 individual updates and 503 deactivations. California is the leading state this week with 3,622 updates from the 13,725 updates of the top ten States. Florida follows in second place with 1,869 updates. 
New York is the new city with the most updates this week followed by Houston. In the last update, Los Angeles was the leading city. In the last update, Los Angeles was the leading city.
