NPI database changes in this weekly update have the following details: 61 Organization updates, 151 individual updates and 262 deactivations. Tampa, with 13 updates is the new leading city this week from the 48 updates of the top ten cities. In the last update, New York was the leading city with 200 updates. 
Florida, with 45 updates is the new leading state this week from the 131 updates of the top ten States. In the last update, California was the leading state with 1,539 updates.
