NPI database changes in this weekly update have the following details: 900 Organization updates, 2,570 individual updates and 180 deactivations. Brooklyn, with 54 updates is the new leading city this week from the 332 updates of the top ten cities, followed by New York. In the last update, Saint Louis was the leading city with 943 updates. California is the leading state this week with 386 updates of the 3,650 updates. New York follows in second place with 329 updates.
