NPI database changes in this weekly update have the following details: 1,401 Organization updates, 4,154 individual updates and 161 deactivations. Florida, with 796 updates is the new leading state this week followed by California. In the last update, California was the leading state. BronX, with 106 updates is the new leading city this week followed by Brooklyn. In the last update, Brooklyn was the leading city.
