NPI database changes in this weekly update have the following details: 1,148 Organization updates, 3,265 individual updates and 277 deactivations. Baltimore is the new city with the most updates this week followed by Brooklyn. In the last update, Brooklyn was the leading city. In the last update, Brooklyn was the leading city. 
California is the leading state this week with 417 updates from the 2,343 updates of the top ten States. Florida follows in second place with 399 updates.
