The weekly National Plan and Provider Enumeration System(NPPES) database release have climbed to 355 records. NPI database changes in this weekly update have the following details: 3,704 Organization updates, 10,540 individual updates and 217 deactivations. New York, with 159 updates is the new leading city this week from the 1,157 updates of the top ten cities, followed by Houston. In the last update, Oakland was the leading city with 222 updates. 
California is the leading state this week with 1,581 updates of the 14,461 updates. Florida follows in second place with 947 updates.
