NPI database changes in this weekly update have the following details: 3,349 Organization updates, 11,757 individual updates and 270 deactivations. Saint Louis, with 1,115 updates is the new leading city this week from the 2,133 updates of the top ten cities, followed by New York. In the last update, New York was the leading city with 205 updates. 
California is the leading state this week with 1,565 updates of the 15,376 updates. MissourI follows in second place with 1,290 updates.
