NPI database changes in this weekly update have the following details: 6,683 Organization updates, 9,714 individual updates and 255 deactivations. Columbus, with 194 updates is the new leading city this week from the 1,382 updates of the top ten cities, followed by Chicago. In the last update, New York was the leading city with 191 updates. California is the leading state this week with 2,023 updates of the 16,652 updates. Texas follows in second place.
