The weekly National Plan and Provider Enumeration System(NPPES) database release fell compared to the previous one. NPI database changes in this weekly update have the following details: 3,036 Organization updates, 9,371 individual updates and 309 deactivations. Las Vegas, with 172 updates is the new leading city this week from the 1,144 updates of the top ten cities. In the last update, New York was the leading city with 150 updates. 
California, with 1,316 updates remains the leading state this week.
