The weekly National Plan and Provider Enumeration System(NPPES) database release went down by 1,783 records. NPI database changes in this weekly update have the following details: 3,910 Organization updates, 12,765 individual updates and 952 deactivations. 
California, with 2,663 updates is the new leading state this week. In the last update, Texas was the leading state. Las Vegas remains the city with the most updates this week.
