The weekly National Plan and Provider Enumeration System(NPPES) database release went down by 1,120 records. NPI database changes in this weekly update have the following details: 3,307 Organization updates, 15,187 individual updates and 339 deactivations. North Carolina, with 3,729 updates is the new leading state this week from the 11,674 updates of the top ten States. 
Charlotte, with 1,915 updates is the new leading city this week followed by Concord. In the last update, New York was the leading city.
