The weekly National Plan and Provider Enumeration System(NPPES) database release have jumped compared to the previous one. NPI database changes in this weekly update have the following details: 3,292 Organization updates, 14,868 individual updates and 460 deactivations. 
California is the leading state this week with 2,188 updates remains the leading state from the 9,216 updates of the top ten States. Las Vegas, with 320 updates remains the leading city this week from the 1,581 updates of the top ten cities.
