NPI database changes in this weekly update have the following details: 4,008 Organization updates, 14,249 individual updates and 729 deactivations. North Carolina, with 3,739 updates is the new leading state this week followed by California. In the last update, California was the leading state. 
Charlotte, with 1,922 updates is the new leading city this week followed by Concord. In the last update, Houston was the leading city.
