The weekly National Plan and Provider Enumeration System(NPPES) database release went down compared to the previous one. NPI database changes in this weekly update have the following details: 3,917 Organization updates, 17,778 individual updates and 235 deactivations. 
Rochester, with 1,369 updates remains the leading city this week. California is the leading state this week with 2,398 updates remains the leading state from the 12,067 updates of the top ten States.
