NPI database changes in this weekly update have the following details: 3,403 Organization updates, 9,117 individual updates and 302 deactivations. Philadelphia, with 145 updates is the new leading city this week followed by Chicago. In the last update, Columbus was the leading city. California is the leading state this week with 1,158 updates of the 12,822 updates. Texas follows in second place.
