NPI database changes in this weekly update have the following details: 4,314 Organization updates, 13,397 individual updates and 148 deactivations. New York, with 310 updates is the new leading city this week followed by Chicago. In the last update, Los Angeles was the leading city. California is the leading state this week with 2,101 updates of the 17,859 updates. New York follows in second place.
