NPI database changes in this weekly update have the following details: 3,356 Organization updates, 11,305 individual updates and 318 deactivations. New York, with 176 updates remains the leading city this week from the 1,298 updates of the top ten cities. 
California is the leading state this week with 1,712 updates from the 8,038 updates of the top ten States. Florida follows in second place with 971 updates.
