NPI database changes in this weekly update have the following details: 2,736 Organization updates, 13,297 individual updates and 258 deactivations. California is the leading state this week with 3,316 updates remains the leading state of the 16,291 updates. 
Chicago, with 241 updates is the new leading city this week from the 1,729 updates of the top ten cities. In the last update, Sacramento was the leading city with 437 updates.
