The weekly National Plan and Provider Enumeration System(NPPES) database release went down by 562 records. NPI database changes in this weekly update have the following details: 2,462 Organization updates, 14,477 individual updates and 374 deactivations. North Carolina, with 3,300 updates is the new leading state this week from the 10,352 updates of the top ten States. Charlotte, with 1,771 updates is the new leading city this week from the 3,289 updates of the top ten cities.
