The weekly National Plan and Provider Enumeration System(NPPES) database release have climbed to 2,054 records. NPI database changes in this weekly update have the following details: 3,226 Organization updates, 14,132 individual updates and 271 deactivations. 
California, with 2,395 updates remains the leading state this week of the 17,629 updates. Los Angeles, with 216 updates is the new leading city this week followed by MiamI. In the last update, Houston was the leading city.
