The weekly National Plan and Provider Enumeration System(NPPES) database release have climbed to 13,027 records. NPI database changes in this weekly update have the following details: 4,242 Organization updates, 22,266 individual updates and 586 deactivations. New York, with 356 updates is the new leading city this week followed by Los Angeles. In the last update, Washington was the leading city. California, with 3,792 updates remains the leading state this week of the 27,094 updates.
