NPI database changes in this monthly update have the following details: 5,678 Organization updates, 29,667 individual updates and 166,537 deactivations. California is the leading state this month with 7,953. North Carolina follows in second place.
Charlotte, with 1,140 updates is the new leading city this month from the 4,466 updates of the top ten cities, followed by Los Angeles. In the last update, Houston was the leading city with 180 updates.
