NPI database changes in this weekly update have the following details: 4,963 Organization updates, 25,561 individual updates and 597 deactivations. California is the leading state this week with 4,052 updates of the 31,121 updates. MissourI follows in second place with 3,557 updates. 
Saint Louis, with 3,136 updates is the new leading city this week from the 5,841 updates of the top ten cities, followed by Houston. In the last update, Houston was the leading city with 365 updates.
