NPI database changes in this weekly update have the following details: 4,325 Organization updates, 16,400 individual updates and 573 deactivations. California is the leading state this week with 2,561 updates of the 21,298 updates. Florida follows in second place. Charlotte, with 400 updates remains the leading city this week from the 1,994 updates of the top ten cities.
