NPI database changes in this monthly update have the following details: 1,040 Organization updates, 4,614 individual updates and 216,058 deactivations. New York, with 68 updates is the new leading city this month from the 482 updates of the top ten cities. In the last update, Las Vegas was the leading city with 2 updates. 
California, with 795 updates is the new leading state this month from the 3,112 updates of the top ten States. In the last update, Illinois was the leading state with 7 updates.
