The weekly National Plan and Provider Enumeration System(NPPES) database release have jumped compared to the previous one. NPI database changes in this weekly update have the following details: 3,259 Organization updates, 14,656 individual updates and 641 deactivations. 
Greenville is the new city with the most updates this week followed by Columbus. In the last update, Louisville was the leading city. In the last update, Louisville was the leading city. California is the leading state this week with 1,897. Ohio follows in second place.
