NPI database changes in this weekly update have the following details: 3,379 Organization updates, 12,965 individual updates and 166 deactivations. California is the leading state this week with 2,167. Florida follows in second place.MiamI, with 151 updates is the new leading city this week from the 1,185 updates of the top ten cities. In the last update, New York was the leading city with 181 updates.
