NPI database changes in this weekly update have the following details: 3,393 Organization updates, 16,686 individual updates and 329 deactivations. New York, with 342 updates remains the leading city this week from the 2,038 updates of the top ten cities. California, with 2,275 updates remains the leading state this week from the 11,134 updates of the top ten States.
