The weekly National Plan and Provider Enumeration System(NPPES) database release fell compared to the previous one. NPI database changes in this weekly update have the following details: 4,512 Organization updates, 20,619 individual updates and 499 deactivations. 
Atlanta, with 792 updates is the new leading city this week from the 2,928 updates of the top ten cities. In the last update, Chicago was the leading city with 330 updates. California is the leading state this week with 2,706 updates.
