The weekly National Plan and Provider Enumeration System(NPPES) database release have jumped compared to the previous one. NPI database changes in this weekly update have the following details: 4,065 Organization updates, 21,760 individual updates and 482 deactivations. New York, with 477 updates remains the leading city this week from the 2,805 updates of the top ten cities. 
California is the leading state this week with 3,502. New York follows in second place.
